Fleet maintenance software supplier Freeway has launched an Earned Recognition Tracker to allow operators to maintain tight control of compliance.
The easy-to-use software automatically alerts fleet managers to any outstanding compliance issues, keeping check on maintenance records and displaying colour-coded alarm status if compliance data is missing.
Lists are then generated automatically showing all items that need to be addressed in order to meet the Earned Recognition Key Performance Indicators.
Freeway’s software ensures operators can meet the DVSA requirements and is already in use with Tower Transit, CT Plus, RATP Yellow Buses and Reading Buses.
Part of an all-in-one system for managing fleets and assets, Freeway incorporates mobile apps. These enable paperless working in the workshop and elsewhere using smartphones and tablets, and include a ‘defect manager’ app.
This app speeds workflows with real time access to vehicle maintenance history, parts, manuals and diagnostic sheets, and allows parts requests to be raised from a device.
