Heavy vehicle test certificates, for PSVs, trailers and HGVs changed rom 14 July, to make them clearer and easier to understand.
The new style certificates will look similar to the new ones issued for car MOTs.
There will also be a new ‘Refusal to issue an MOT’ form with clearer details on failure items.
