Widnes operator Ashcroft Travel has grown its fleet of Yutong coaches by purchasing a first GT12 in the form of a late used example supplied by Pelican Bus and Coach.
It is to the standard GT12 specification and has 53 seats along with a centre toilet, USB and 240v sockets, mood lighting and adaptive cruise control. Power is from a DAF MX-11 engine rated at 450bhp coupled to ZF running gear, including an EcoLife gearbox.
“This coach further adds to the list of Yutongs already in Ashcroft Travel’s fleet, which are TC9s and TC12s and have already proved the brand capability with this valued customer,” says Pelican Assistant Sales Manager Simon Collins.
