First Irizar i6 integral was bought ‘to test out Euro 6’, says Cooks Coaches

Essex operator Cooks Coaches has reported that its new i6 integral, supplied by Irizar UK (01909 500514), is proving to be an excellent vehicle.

“I decided to buy this i6 integral to test Euro 6 and see what problems – if any – we’d have with it,” says Owner Bill Cook.

“We’ve been very pleased with the coach since it arrived. It’s performed well with no problems and fuel economy seems to be very similar to other coaches.”

The 12.9m i6 integral is powered by a DAF MX-11 engine and Bill reports that the operator has received excellent support from the importer.

“I can’t fault the service that we’ve had from Irizar UK, from the sales team to the aftersales staff.”
