Alexander Dennis (ADL) has launched a new version of its AD24 aftermarket website.

The www.ad24.direct platform has been designed to be accessible on desktop computers, tablets and mobile phones.

UK customers have been able to sign in to the new platform since 2 September, while it will be rolled out for users in New Zealand, Hong Kong and Germany over the coming months.

ADL has designed the platform to allow bus operator engineering staff to be able to easily access from one place parts and service sales, AD Connect telematics data, vehicle diagnostics, technical publications and accounts records.

Customers continue to be able to place orders over the phone or by email and these orders will now also be logged on the online platform.

Richard Jackson, Digital Customer Solutions Director for Alexander Dennis, says: “The new AD24 online platform is a step change for bus operators. It transforms access to our wide range of aftermarket services and puts the customer in control through intuitive navigation, intelligent connections and comprehensive reporting all with a single log-in.

“Our new AD24 platform has been developed in-house from the ground up after speaking to customers to understand their needs. It helps operators grow their business by transforming the way engineers manage their fleets.

“The uptake from our 1,500 registered users in the UK has been fantastic and is already reaching 20,000 weekly page views, and we look forward to making the new AD24 online platform available internationally.”
