Coach software specialist Roeville is offering a new entry-level version of its PHCloud – private hire booking system – specifically aimed at smaller operators, who don’t have the IT budget or requirements for its larger ‘full-on’ system.
Says MD John Roe: “There are small coach operators who are still using a paper diary and traditional private hire booking methods.
“This allows you to bring some software and framework into the business – to cover quotations, coach bookings and your diary – without massive investment.”
As it’s a cloud-based system, all operators need is an internet-connected device, and the cost is a “modest monthly rental,” he adds.
