The UK and Ireland were among European markets where Turkish manufacturer Temsa saw its highest-ever sales volumes in 2025, the builder has said. It claims a 15% share of coach registrations across both nations for 2025 and an in-service vehicle parc of 673 units.

Other territories where Temsa saw record sales volumes last year include Belgium, France, Germany and Greece, with the OEM saying that Europe remains “at the core” of its growth strategy. It entered Albania, Croatia, Finland, Malta, Norway and Poland in 2025.

Despite what is described as a challenging year for the global commercial vehicle industry, Temsa witnessed its global revenue rise by 10% year-on-year in foreign currency terms, reaching US$554 million.

That was the highest in the company’s history, with international sales at US$316 million representing a rise of 7%. Ultimately, the manufacturer is chasing a US$1 billion revenue target.

Temsa products in the UK and Ireland are the MD9 midicoach and the HD12 and HD13 full-size coaches. Dealership Temsa Sales UK has repeatedly not ruled out adding a low-height, high-capacity school coach to those. Meanwhile, in left-hand drive markets, Temsa’s zero-emission capability extends to 11 models in city, interurban and coach segments.

Speaking about the productivity and revenue returns for 2025, Temsa CEO Evren Güzel (pictured) says: “In a year shaped by economic volatility and market pressure, our ability to outperform the market demonstrates the strength of our organisation and the clarity of our long-term strategy.

“We have combined operational excellence with disciplined financial management, generating positive free cash flow for the fifth consecutive year.”

Underlining the US$1 billion revenue target and further expansion of the Temsa global footprint, Ms Güzel continues: “We are building this vision on leadership in focus segments, differentiation in niche markets, ecosystem partnerships in city mobility, and becoming a centre of excellence for electrification and future mobility solutions.”
