ABC Coaches adds two new 35-seat Yutong TC9s

Manchester operator ABC Coaches has taken delivery of two Yutong TC9s, supplied by Pelican Bus and Coach (01924 227722).

Both have the Cummins ISB6.7 engine rated at 320bhp coupled to ZF’s EcoLife gearbox, along with 35 seats that are full- and half-leather respectively. USB and 240v power sockets are fitted.

“We all agreed when purchasing the Yutongs that they would become our most popular vehicles,” says Director Stuart Bowe.

“They particularly impress younger travellers thanks to the charging points. Over the past 25 years we have seen a massive change in new coaches; those on today’s market cater for a new generation of client and that is a very welcome improvement.

“Drivers that have handled the TC9s have also been very happy.”
