Classic Coaches of Annalong, Co Down, has taken delivery of a Turas 900s-bodied DAF LF, supplied by Brian Noone/00353 162 86311.

It has 37 luxury seats, USB chargers and a ZF automatic transmission. It is the second Turas 900s for the Classic Coaches fleet and will be used on a variety of tour, educational and private hire work.

“We took the first Turas 900s that was registered in the UK. When the vehicle was introduced I saw it and liked it,” says Owner Sam Hughes. “So far, the one from August 2019, and the new one we have now, have given no complaints. Everything is going very well.”

He adds that Classic is impressed with the fuel return and the passenger and luggage capacities. Brian Noone has also been receptive to feedback. “When we bought the first vehicle I pointed out a few items I’d like altered, nothing major, and Brian Noone has taken those suggestions on board,” says Mr Hughes.
