Doig’s of Glasgow adds Enviro400 to strong fleet

An Enviro400 has joined Doig’s of Glasgow’s 30-plus fleet, supplied by Alexander Dennis/01909551166.

The new 11.5m 86-seat double-decker is a low-emission model powered by a Cummins 6.7 litre Euro 6 engine with a ZF Ecolife gearbox.

It has driver’s air-con, air chillers, LED staircase and under-seat lighting, ferry lift, alloy wheels.

It features 10-camera CCTV, a low -ridge warning system, tinted windows, full-leather seats and a wood effect finish to the floors.

Iain Forsyth describes it as “combining high-capacity, style and comfort.”
