Treka Mobility for East Riding of Yorkshire Council
SHARE

East Riding of Yorkshire Council has taken delivery of the first of six Mercedes-Benz Sprinters with accessible Mobility conversions, supplied by Treka Bus/01484 400889.

They join other minibuses from Treka and fellow Woodall Nicholson company Mellor in the local authority’s fleet. Each Mobility is built on a 514CDi base vehicle with a sliding side door. Treka has added an AVS powered step and a Ricon inboard lift.

14 Phoenix seats are fitted to each vehicle, along with climate control. A driver protection screen and a five-camera CCTV system also form part of the specification.

The Mobility conversion is complemented in the Treka Sprinter-based range by the coachbuilt Mobility+, and also by the smaller and lighter Everyday, which is built on various base vehicles.
