High-capacity additions to the Warrington-based Mayne Coaches fleet are two Volvo B8Rs with 72-seat Leopard bodywork, supplied by Plaxton (01909 551166).
The 12.8m Leopards join the Cheshire operator’s fleet of more than 40 vehicles, and they will be used on private hires, corporate work and day excursions.
Says MD Amanda Jackson: “The Leopard is a workhorse that combines style, luxury and high capacity.
“We have a significant number of them in our fleet and they continue to lead the way in terms of performance, fuel efficiency and popularity with both drivers and passengers. We are delighted to add a further two.”
Each of the new additions is powered by Volvo’s D8K engine coupled to an I-Shift automated manual gearbox.
