Morse Coaches of York has taken delivery of a Volvo B8R with 55-seat Panther bodywork, supplied by Plaxton (01909 551166).

The 12.8m coach has three-point belts, a centre sunken toilet, USB charging points, wi-fi and a comprehensive entertainment system. It also has Volvo’s I-Shift gearbox.

Says Director Andrew Morse: “The new Panther is an indication of our commitment to luxury, class-leading coaches that set the pace for the industry. We are delighted to welcome it into our fleet.

“We have been part of the transport landscape here for a long time, and I like to think that our reputation is second-to-none.

“Our aim is to provide quality, affordable services, whether they be local authority contracts, excursions or private hires.”
