A new addition for Prudhoe-based Rowell Coaches is a VDL Futura FHD2, supplied by Moseley (PCV) (01977 609000).
The 12.2m addition has a 370bhp DAF MX-11 engine coupled to ZF’s six-speed EcoLife automatic gearbox that incorporates a retarder.
Internally it has 51/53 Vogel Conturo seats with drop-down tables, footrests and magazine nets, while the customer experience is further enhanced by a toilet, a drinks machine and a fridge. A Bosch multimedia entertainment system is also fitted.
The Futura FHD2 follows its predecessor the Bova Futura into the Rowell Coaches fleet.
