Paul’s Coaches of Staffordshire has taken delivery of a further Mercedes-Benz Tourismo Access, supplied by EvoBus (UK).

It follows other Tourismos for the Harriseahead operator, the initial example of which was delivered in 2015. Paul’s was also an early convert to the Tourismo Access, with its first arriving in 2021. The deliveries form part of “a long-term fleet modernisation programme” for the business.

The new coach is a 12m model with 53 seats. It has been finished in the metallic blue based livery of Paul’s Coaches with the Staffordshire Knot prominent, and it carries a cherished registration mark.

EvoBus developed the Tourismo Access in 2021 to provide a cost-effective route to PSVAR compliance, and the latest coach for Paul’s thus meets with those Accessibility Regulations. It has a lift behind the front axle and is powered by the 7.7-litre OM 936 engine.
