Premiere Travel of Orpington has continued its favour of the Mercedes-Benz Tourismo coach range with the arrival of a tri-axle Tourismo M/3, supplied by Daimler Buses UK.

It joins a variety of other examples of the model in the fleet and seats 55 in deep-padded Softline upholstery with synthetic leather trim. A centre sunken toilet is also part of the interior specification.

The driver benefits from a heated seat with swivel functionality, and the coach also comes with a bunk area with inbuilt bed and window. Power is from the 10.7-litre OM 470 engine developing 456bhp.

PSVAR compliance has been specified, including a passenger lift behind the front axle, to maximise versatility.

The coach also includes exterior ‘puddle lighting’ to benefit the boarding and alighting experience, while Premiere Travel has specified a silk grey exterior finish with deep black accents to create what Daimler Buses says is “a truly unique example of the Tourismo.”
