Ridleys Coaches has opted for Volvo again, expanding its fleet with a B11R with Jonckheere bodywork from Volvo Bus (02476 210250).
It’s one of several new Volvo coaches the family-owned operator has on order for 2019, including two new 9900 models.
Jordan Ridley, Managing Director for Ridleys Coaches, says: “The reliability and efficiency of our existing coaches was the key determining factor in leading us to specify the Volvo chassis once again.
“This coach will be used for a number of contracts including schools, UK tours and day trips so fuel efficiency is of the utmost importance for us. From past experience we feel this is guaranteed with the efficient B11R Euro 6 engine.
“It also looks great and is good value for money.”
