Roy McCarthy Coaches has added a further new vehicle to its fleet in the form of a Yutong TC9, supplied by Pelican Bus and Coach.
The midi has been built to the Macclesfield operator’s specification, including addition of its blue and cream livery by Yutong prior to shipping. It is a 37-seat example, with a half leather, blue and grey scheme, and with a continental door behind the rear axle.
Grey vinyl flooring is part of the interior combination and the TC9 also comes with the standard USB and 240v charging points, a fridge, a Bosch entertainment system, and cruise control.
Power is from the Cummins ISB6.7 engine developing 320bhp coupled to a ZF EcoLife automatic gearbox. The coach follows multiple previous TC9s into the third generation family fleet.
The latest Yutong was handed over to Roy McCarthy Coaches by Pelican Area Sales Manager Amelia Crump.
