61-seat capacity has proven popular among Seaward Travel’s customers

Two more additions to the London-based Seaward Travel fleet are a pair of Volvo B8Rs with Panther bodywork, supplied by Plaxton (01909 551166).

They are 12.8m two-axle models that have 61 seats, and each comes with alloy wheels and a comprehensive Bosch entertainment system. They will be used on a variety of work including airport transfers, private hire and school trips.

“The new coaches join two identical 61-seat Panthers,” says General Manager Richard Cassell.

“We find that high-capacity vehicles work well for us. They are always in demand, and the Plaxton Volvo combination is perfect for that market.

“The great thing about the Panther is that it combines style and performance, all of which make it popular with drivers and passengers.”
