Tourmaster Coaches adds a 70-seat Leopard

The 12.8m Plaxton Leopard-bodied Volvo B8R has 70 seats in a 3+2 layout

Tourmaster Coaches of Crowland, Lincolnshire, has added a Volvo B8R with 70-seat Leopard bodywork, supplied by Plaxton (01909 551166).

Power is from the D8K engine driving through an I-Shift automated manual gearbox and the new coach will be used on various work.

Says Director David Dinsey: “The Leopard is a stylish body with a reputation that speaks for itself. It has slipped seamlessly into our fleet and it is proving to be a great addition.

“The coach is ideal for a whole raft of jobs, including school contracts with education authorities and independent schools, private hire for sports events, and for our tour programme to the Netherlands and Germany.”

Volvo’s I-Start dual battery system is fitted along with a 10-camera CCTV system.
