Watermill Coaches of Fraserburgh has continued its strong fleet investment programme with the arrival of a pair of Mercedes-Benz Sprinters with EVM Cityline minibus conversions.
The Cityline has a low-entry section to give easy wheelchair user access. Each of those for Watermill has 16 forward-facing seats and provision for six standing passengers. Part of the specification is a double-leaf, 120cm wide Masats door with a fold-out ramp in the step.
Each seat is trimmed in synthetic leather with additional padding and a plastic back. USB charging points are fitted at every row, while Tarabus non-slip flooring is included along with a luggage drop-cage that is built into the ticket machine mount.
Side windows are double glazed and panoramic, and saloon air-conditioning is from a 12kW Autoclima unit. It is complemented by Vehtec convector heaters with thermostat control.
A reversing camera is fitted at the rear of each minibus, where the OEM doors are retained. Colour coded skirts, bumpers, mouldings and grille are part of the specification, as are Euroliner wheel trims and Hanover white LED destination displays.
