The new 12.2m Van Hool TX15 Alicron for Woods of Tillicoultry seats 49

Clackmannanshire operator Woods of Tillicoultry has stuck with Van Hool by taking a TX15 Alicron, supplied by Arriva Bus and Coach (01274 681144).

The 12.2m model is to a luxury specification and it has 49 seats, a centre sunken toilet, a continental door and an entertainment package that includes a DVD player, along with what the dealership describes as “iconic Van Hool fittings.”

Power is from a DAF MX-11 engine driving through a ZF EcoLife automatic gearbox.

The coach was handed over to Directors Jimmy and John Wood by ABC Area Sales Manager John Gray.
