Film composer Elmer Bernstein will receive the ultimate musical tribute at the Royal Albert Hall on 18 June.
A new show, The Magnificent Seven, The Great Escape and More! celebrates the life of the composer 95 years after his birth. His greatest hits will be played by the Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra, conducted by his son, Peter.
Peter Bernstein will be joined on stage by John Landis, who directed seven films Elmer composed for, including The Blues Brothers, An American Werewolf in London and Trading Places.
