Bill’s Minibus and Coach Hire has taken delivery of a new Irizar i6S from Scania.

The specially branded vehicle marks the 20th anniversary of the tour specialist, which is based within a few miles of Scania’s headquarters in Milton Keynes.

Scania Regional Manager Richard Austin met with Bill’s Managing Director Ryan Legg and his father, Bill Legg, who founded the business.

A statement from Scania reads: “This special vehicle marks a significant milestone for Bills – 20 years in business. What a fantastic way to celebrate this milestone!

“Thank you to Bill and Ryan for their continued trust and partnership. And we wish you all the best with your new coach.”

The purchase coincides with a successful period for Bill’s, with the operator telling routeone in February it was expecting a busy year and that business was being held back only by the lack of a suitably sized premises.
