Groups Direct is holding an exclusive Dame Vera Lynn Centenary Celebration on 10 September to celebrate the star’s 100th birthday, which was in March.
Held at a four-star hotel in Daventry, the event will transport groups back to the 1940s, with a three-course meal and entertainment by Vera Lynn tribute Lorrie Brown.
Accompanied by a live big band, she will perform her popular wartime songs including ‘We’ll Meet Again’ and ‘White Cliffs of Dover’.
