Cataclean can reduce diesel-fulled vehicles’ emissions by up to 24%

Real-life testing has shown that the use of fuel system cleaning product Cataclean can reduce the emissions of diesel-fuelled vehicles by an average of 24% and improve ftheir uel economy by almost 10% in urban driving conditions.

Use of Cataclean also delivers a benefit to the diesel particulate filter service life/regeneration cycle, says the manufacturer.

“Urban air quality is an increasingly high priority for the automotive industry, but it is even more important when it comes to light commercial vehicle fleets, which are likely to operate within cities,” says Graham Fraser, Corporate Development Director at Cataclean Global.

“Let’s not forget that small as well as bigger fleets rely on their vehicles to function and prosper; we hope that these findings come as positive news.”

Cataclean can be purchased in 500ml bottles from automotive retailers and it is suitable for both diesel and petrol vehicles. It is also available from Cataclean’s website.
