The Microlise Fleet Performance tool generates driver performance metrics, including grades on a range of criteria. Those grades are accessible via an app, empowering drivers to improve with access to insights on their own performance.
The app also gives a view of drivers’ performance compared to others in their team, providing operators with the option to motivate using league tables and incentives. Poor performance can also be identified.
A full suite of fleet performance reports is available via Microlise’s web portal, giving managers detailed information about the operation and generating understanding about where improvements can be made.
In addition, Microlise Fleet Performance can be used in conjunction with a remote digital tachograph download service, which collates drivers’ hours data on a regular basis no matter where the vehicle is.
