Managing Director of Sittingbourne-based independent Chalkwell Coach Hire Roland Eglinton is raising money for Young Lives vs. Cancer, one of the country’s leading cancer charities for children, by running the London Landmarks Half Marathon next month.
The charity provides support to families dealing with childhood cancer and offers accommodation alongside emotional and financial assistance.
The run begins on 1 August and covers 13 miles, taking participants past many of the capital’s iconic sights such as Big Ben, St Paul’s Cathedral and the Tower of London. The race finishes in Downing Street.
