Compliance platform CheckedSafe has announced a strategic partnership with managed transport and accommodation specialist CMAC Group.
As part of the agreement, CheckedSafe plans to further its growth across Europe and beyond via introductions to CMAC’s supply base. Meanwhile, CMAC will gain from CheckedSafe’s Software-as-a-Service solution to safeguard passengers and ensure vehicle compliance for its supply chain, which include minibuses and coaches.
Gary Hawthorne, Director and co-founder of CheckedSafe, says: “Joining forces with CMAC Group means that we can accelerate our growth whilst offering more specialised services to the taxi and private hire industry. We have much in common with CMAC, particularly our passion for safety and continued innovation – we’re excited to start working together.”
CMAC transported more than two million travellers last year, reporting a 33% increase in revenue.
Neil Micklethwaite, Chief Operating Officer of CMAC, says: “We’re excited to announce this affiliation with CheckedSafe. CMAC prioritises passenger safety and ensuring that our supply network can offer an enhanced level of compliance data in real-time is important to our business and our clients.
“The partnership will facilitate powerful new developments for both businesses, and we’re confident that our supply network will reap the benefits of engaging with CheckedSafe.”
