East Yorkshire Motor Services’ first coach has been named after driver Darron Curtis.
Mr Curtis had worked for the company for 17 years, first as a bus driver and then moving on to East Yorkshire Coaches.
In a short ceremony at the Company’s main depot in Hull at Anlaby Road, the East Yorkshire coach has been named in the presence of his friends and family.
His widow, Helen Curtis, said that Darron enjoyed his job, especially when he moved on to coaches, often driving on the Continent.
