Go North East has appointed Daniel Laird to become Head of Commercial as of 22 April.
Mr Laird has more than 15 years’ experience in passenger transport, having worked most recently as Commercial Director for Stagecoach Bluebird and previously as Commercial Manager for First Aberdeen. He started out in the industry as a bus driver for First and then progressed via the operators’ graduate management programme.
According to Go North East, his previous projects have included network and product improvements, forming partnerships with businesses and local authorities, and the integration of an electric vehicle fleet in Aberdeen.
