Emma Barber Collins (pictured, left) has been elected RHA Vice-Chair. She is Director of W H Barley (Transport and Storage) and the daughter of Peter Barley, who founded the Wolverton business in 1970 and who is a previous RHA Chair.

Ms Barber Collins will be heavily involved in RHA’s campaign work based around the environment, facilities and skills. Her election came one day before RHA launched National Coach Week on 1 April.

She says: “I am thrilled to be elected Vice-Chair at a critical time for our industry. We are facing some enormous challenges in the haulage, van and coach sectors, but we have a great team to tackle them head on. I am exceptionally proud to uphold the family tradition of assuming office in RHA.”

Adds RHA Chair Moreton Cullimore, Managing Director of Gloucestershire-based Cullimore Group (pictured, right): “Congratulations to Emma – it is great to have a fellow family businessperson helping to lead this incredible, member-led organisation. I look forward to working with her over the next two years.”
