Lucketts Group has been presented with National Express’s ‘golden spanner’ award for the fourth consecutive year after going over and above in its annual engineering audit.
The Fareham-based firm runs more than 100 journeys on behalf of National Express every day. As well as driving the coaches, it maintains them at its in-house engineering department, ensuring they are safe, efficient and as comfortable as possible.
Lucketts MD, Tony Lawman, says: “We are thrilled to be recognised for our excellence in engineering. The fact that we have retained the golden spanner for four consecutive years is testament to our consistently impeccable standards that we maintain with our entire fleet.”
