Loch Lomond Travel has announced it will use the Mobifer coach booking and management platform, which has recently launched in the UK.

The McGill’s Bus Group-owned tour operator says it will implement the system across its network to “drive efficiencies, support scalable growth and further elevate the customer experience”.

Mobifer, which is offered by Estonian business Hansatech, is a cloud-based system which digitises bookings and operational workflow.

Hansatech says the platform speeds up the enquiry-to-booking process, reduces operators’ time spend and boosts sales.

Richard Kirk, the former First Travel Solutions Commercial Director who is working on behalf of Mobifer in the UK, says: “Mobifer is a proven, operator-built platform shaped by real day-to-day challenges.

“We’re excited to see forward-thinking operators like Loch Lomond Travel Group embracing the technology to modernise their booking processes and unlock new opportunities for growth.”

Billy Dunsmore, General Manager of Loch Lomond Travel Group, adds: “This is a major step forward for our business. By implementing Mobifer, we are investing in technology that simplifies how we manage bookings and operations, while delivering a smoother, more responsive service for our customers.

“It allows our team to work smarter, improve communication, and focus on providing the high-quality travel experiences we’re known for.”
