Software and tachograph analysis provider TruTac has announced that Jemma James (pictured, left) is to take over as Managing Director on Terry Ramsey’s retirement at the end of January.
Jemma most recently held the role of Director of Commercial Operations and Marketing. She has been with the supplier over 14 years, and has been a Director since 2010. In that time she has secured commercial relationships with RHA and the Confederation of Passenger Transport, and developed other key partnerships. She was also involved in TruTac’s acquisition by Microlise Group.
She has also held roles in senior commercial management across international banking and corporate investigation.
“While retiring after 15 years is a big change for me, I can relax knowing TruTac is in great hands with Jemma as Managing Director,” says outgoing Managing Director Terry. “Through the hard work of everyone at TruTac, we have transformed the business and made it the success it is today. I have the utmost confidence the team will continue to work together to drive further innovation and business growth.”
In addition to the appointment of Jemma, TruTac has announced further leadership changes. Former Head of Sales Lee Oliver (below left) has been promoted to Sales Director, while Louise Connor (below right) joins as General Manager. They join the rest of the leadership team which includes Chris Williams, Technical and Product Director, and James Pyne, Finance Director, who work alongside the Microlise Board to achieve Group aims.
