Haddington, East Lothian-based Prentice Coaches has taken delivery of a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter with coachbuilt Strata low-floor bodywork, supplied by Mellor (01706 860610).
It is the second Strata for the Prentice fleet and it comes with a capacity of 22 and a Sentinel seven-camera CCTV system that includes a reversing display.
Says MD Ross Prentice: “Returning to Mellor for another Strata was an easy decision to make. Mellor involves customers throughout the supply process and nothing is too much trouble.
“I have always found Mellor very easy to deal with, and the vehicles are fantastic. Our drivers and passengers have nothing but good things to say about them, and that’s the important part.”
The Strata can carry up to two wheelchair users.
