Edinburgh Bus Tours has recorded its best ever year, attracting around 690,000 visitors in 2017, an increase of 85,000 on 2016.
It is Scotland’s second most popular paid-for attraction, after Edinburgh Castle.
The tours operate from Waverley Bridge seven days a week. Four different tours take in the capital’s main attractions, from the Castle and Old Town to the Royal Yacht Britannia and the three Forth bridges.
Nigel Serafini, Commercial Director at Lothian Buses, says: “We are delighted to celebrate another fantastic year for Edinburgh Bus Tours. To see an extra 85,000 customer journeys across 2017 is a real testament to the dedicated and enthusiastic team at tours.
“They deliver a fantastic customer experience, rain or shine, for the thousands of visitors choosing to hop on a tour of our fascinating city each day.”
