Rotala has released more details of its proposed second acquisition, following the purchase of Hansons (routeone, News, 2 August).
In a statement to the Stock Exchange, the AIM-listed PLC says it will put around £1m from its latest share subscription “towards funding the proposed acquisition of a freehold site and 18 buses from a business based in Greater Manchester.”
The business is not named, but Rotala says exchange of contracts “is expected shortly” with completion “by 1 September 2017.”
