Winners at the 2023 routeone Awards have reacted positively to their achievements, which saw trophies handed out by co-hosts Ardal O’Hanlon and routeone Editor Tim Deakin at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole on 8 November.
16 individuals and operators were recognised as winners at the presentation evening, which has drawn widespread acclaim to cement its position as the coach and bus industry’s Oscars.
One representative of a winner of a Coach Operator of the Year category has described themselves as “shocked, overwhelmed and very proud” with the victory, while another coach company on the honours list notes: “The hotel was excellent, the food fantastic, and the company even better.”
A member of the bus sector writes: “This is a fantastic industry to work in and one that I am very passionate about. I am really grateful to have been nominated, and to win is a huge testimony to my incredible team, mentors, and role models who are an amazing support.”
Seven judging panel members arrived at the all-important decisions.
