The new enhanced Simplibus North Lincolnshire service has been “well received” since its introduction on 29 October, according to a spokesperson for the partners involved.

Aimed at providing a more punctual, reliable and accessible service in the Scunthorpe and Brigg area, it is a project of the North Lincolnshire Quality Bus Partnership, whose members are North Lincolnshire Council, Stagecoach East Midlands and Hornsbys.

A special Simplibus-promoting information day, which involved representatives of the three partners, was held in Scunthorpe before the launch.
