The Ticket Factory has appointed Kelly Sharman as Sales Manager for group bookings.
The appointment marks a refresh of the ticket agent’s group bookings arm, now offering a greater, more personal level of customer service for both existing and prospective clients.
Ms Sharman has run her own event support consultancy and group sales company, DB Promotions, for the last 25 years. In that time, she has operated as the official group bookings sales representative for events such as Feld Entertainment (Disney On Ice) and the Birmingham International Tattoo.
She says: “The team and I will be bringing a cleaner, slicker group booking solution to market.
“We’re now offering much more of a personal approach, making the purchasing process simpler for bookers and ensuring they have the best experience possible with The Ticket Factory.
“We will also be seizing new opportunities within the groups market, working in collaboration with more event organisers, so we can offer a varied and exciting portfolio of events.
