Xplore Dundee is celebrating one year of its mTicket app by giving whoever buys the 150,000th ticket via the app a months’ worth of free bus travel.

The operator has sold more than 125,000 tickets via smartphone in the first 12 months since the app went live.

MD Christine McGlasson says: “The mTicket app is proving very popular with many of our customers. Cashless transactions are becoming very much the norm now, and our app is free, easy to download and a secure way of carrying your bus ticket.”

The app is available to download from Google Play or Apple store and is compatible with iPhones and Android.
