Cardiff-based NAT Group has partnered with local company A1 Tachograph Services to monitor compliance across its 150-strong fleet.
NAT initially hired A1 on a one-off basis as part of an overhaul of compliance. It has since decided to use the specialist agency on an ongoing basis.
Says A1 Managing Director Tony Webb: “Our designated analyst visits the drivers every other week. Since establishing the partnership there has been a massive compliance improvement.”
The supplier also accesses data on a weekly basis and offers drivers’ hours training.
