Solus Coaches adds two new Plaxton Leopards

Tamworth operator Solus Coaches has added two Volvo B8Rs with Leopard bodywork to its fleet, supplied by Plaxton (01909 551166).

They are 12.8m, 72-seat examples and have been purchased partially thanks to the Leopard’s passenger appeal, says Solus Coaches Director Andy Garrett.

“We are well located in terms of providing contract services for councils in Staffordshire and Warwickshire.

“In addition, we have good access to the motorway network. As a result, we have strong working partnerships with tour companies operating locally, nationally and internationally.

“All that means we need vehicles with passenger appeal, guaranteed reliability and performance credentials that are second to none. The Plaxton range meets those criteria. Our new Leopards have slipped seamlessly into our day-to-day operations.”
