Wheelchair accessible vehicle products specialist Koller Engineering has welcomed family member Jade Mullis (pictured, left) to the position of Accounts Manager.
Her appointment strengthens the multigenerational involvement in the business. She is daughter of Director Leoni Mullis (pictured, centre) and granddaughter of Max Koller, who founded the Yeovil business in 1980.
Jade’s appointment follows the decision by her sister Kerryn (pictured, right) to join the family business two years ago after completing sixth form studies. Kerryn works as a Production Assembly Assistant and will begin training on the CNC machines used to create Koller’s products.
The supplier says that Jade’s arrival “further solidifies the family’s ongoing commitment to the business.”
Adds Leoni Mullis: “We are thrilled to welcome Jade to our team. Having two of my daughters involved in the family business is a proud moment for me. Jade’s financial expertise complements Kerryn’s hands-on role in production, showcasing how family values and diverse skills contribute to our company’s growth.
“This multi-generational approach has been key to our success for over four decades, and will continue to shape our future.”
Koller Engineering notes that bringing young family members into the business reinforces a belief in the importance of long-term vision, trust and shared values in business success. “This family-centric approach has enabled the company to maintain its position as an industry leader in wheelchair accessible vehicle products,” the supplier adds.
