Former First MD Ken Poole, 61, has died. Involved in the bus sector for most of his life, in 2010 he became MD for First UK Bus’ expanded Midlands business. He led the redevelopment of bus services in Staffordshire, Northampton, Leicester and Worcestershire. He joined First Potteries from Travel West Midlands in 2006.
