Frank Mawby, 88, former director of Globe Holidays Ltd of Barnsley has died. He become a Director in 1971, and was involved in the industry for 67 years.
One of the coach industry’s great characters, he was a regular attender and entrant at the UK Coach Rally in Brighton and latterly Blackpool and carried out regular driving duties until March.
The funeral is on Wednesday 30 May at 1050hrs at Barnsley Crematorium S71 5EH and afterwards at Barnsley Football Club S71 1ET. Family flowers only.
