Gordon Price, co-owner of Elgar Coaches, died peacefully at Hereford County Hospital. He had run the business for 20 years.
Gordon spent most of his life in the coach industry working for companies including Everton's Coaches, Morris Coaches, Swan Street Coaches, DRM and KCS Tours before starting a partnership with Janet Portlock and forming Elgar Coaches.
Gordon was a family man who also had a love of motorbikes with enough of his own to open a museum.
Janet with the help of son Nick and employees will continue to run the business and endeavour to offer the same trusty, reliable service.
The funeral is at Hereford Crematorium on 17 March at 1000hrs. Family flowers only. Donations to the Oncology Trust Fund at Hereford County Hospital.
