Ian Chadwick has joined Transdev Blazefield as the operator’s Fleet Engineer.
He will lead a team of engineering support staff across seven bus depots from Blackburn to Malton, and says that his new role is all about driving up quality to provide a consistently high-performing service for customers.
“Engineers are by nature process driven, but we also like the challenge of finding solutions.
“I want to build on best practice to help our teams to rise to the tough challenges involved in running and maintaining our high-quality bus fleet.”
