The director of a Solihull-based transport service provider is rolling up his sleeves to take Public Carriage Vehicle (PCV) training to support staff at all levels.
Akhtar Ali, director of LandFlight, which provides executive chauffeur, coach and bus services, decided to take the PCV Category D training to give him a full understanding of the day-to-day responsibilities his staff undertake.
Akhtar said: “I wanted to take the qualification so that I understand every aspect of my drivers’ jobs and then identify areas we can enhance staff’s development and experiences, alongside customer satisfaction.”
